During this Coronavirus Pandemic crisis, Palmetto CASA will operating remotely, and not seeing face to face clients until further notice. If you are in need of our services, please contact our 24 hour hotline number 803-286-5232, and someone will assist you over the phone. We feel this is the best decision to keep our staff, and those we service and work with safe. We hope that everyone stays safe and healthy. We will update this page with any changes to this policy. Thank you for understanding.

Palmetto CASA is a tax-exempt, community service organization founded in 1984 and governed by a board of trustees.  The program is funded through federal and state grants, the United Way of Lancaster & Chester, local entities, and the tax deductible donations of patrons and friends.
